Today I am starting my blog about gardening. Right now I am focusing my energy on these plants: Moonflower, Borage, Ginger, Basil, Garlic.
Moonflower - big flowers that bloom at night
Borage - herb with a fresh cucumber scent
Ginger - tropical plant harvested for its root
Basil - very popular herb
Garlic - a member of the onion family used commonly in cooking
I don't know if I can handle so many plants since I am a beginner at this, only time will tell.

Moonflower. Now there's a new one for me. I'll have to look that one up. Garlic, ginger and basil are regulars in my cooking, but of them basil is the only one I've grown. Might I suggest you add rosemary to your garden? It is excellent with roast vegetables and meats, particularly if you use roasting or oven bags. Yummmmm, I'm getting hungry.

ReplyDeleteRosemary, that is my nickname. Maybe I should try to grow it one day, maybe next spring after I have harvested my ginger and garlic. Excellent pizza indeed. I think mygun helped me make that pizza.
